Tuition fees and payment schedules are detailed in your Enrollment Agreement. By enrolling, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Refunds are processed strictly in accordance with our Refund Policy, which is available on the Admissions page. Failure to pay tuition may result in the withholding of transcripts or diplomas.

7. Limitation of Liability

Florida Wellingford University provides the Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FWU shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or inability to access course materials.
